UMC invites everyone to participate in music education. We teach all ages and skill levels. UMC welcomes participants and audience members of all abilities. Our facilities are ADA compliant. Please inquire regarding additional accommodations!
Instruments
UMC teaches guitar, drums, keyboards, piano, bass guitar, violin, cello, and other strings, vocals, harmonica, brass instruments, woodwinds, Native American Flute, and more. Please inquire if your instrument of choice is not specifically listed!
Styles
UMC instructors are experienced in and teach all forms of popular music styles, including rock, jazz, folk, country, classical, standards, and Native American Flute.
Skills
In addition to the life skills of preparation, professionality, team work, and pride in accomplishment that music education instills, UMC offers specialty training in music industry skills such as songwriting, recording, engineering, and concert production.
